Getting Started...
It begins with an idea. Every good idea needs a good prototype. We’ll help you perfect your prototype design with CAD and CAM technology or just simple professional input. Our team will work with you to make any design changes that need to be made.
1. Material & Design
There are thousands of plastics to choose from. There are economical options for simple pieces and high performance plastics for specialized components. We understand the choices can be overwhelming. That’s why we use nearly 40 years of knowledge to determine which plastic option will work best for your project.
2. Heavy Lifting
So, you’ve got the design and chosen a plastic. Now, let’s get to work on production. CNC machines make quick work of even the most complex designs. Thermoforming can produce large numbers of pieces in no time. No matter how large or complex the project, we are fully equipped to meet your deadline.
3. Finishing Touches
Once the piece has been fabricated, we add the finishing touches. Our cutting-edge CNC laser allows us to print the sharpest quality images. We can also precisely etch a logo into your product with ease.
Done But Not Complete
The process isn’t over yet. Your pieces still need to be packaged and sent out on time. First, we package the pieces appropriately--wrapped, boxed, palletized. Any design nuances are taken into account. Then, our logistics team gets your products where they need to be when they need to be there.
